KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – Global Publishers
Halawa is growing and looking to onboard a Key Account Manager to handle publisher side operations. Ideally the candidate should have experience working in a digital agency or network, focused on performance marketing.
This position can work remotely according to standard UTC+2 Work Timings.
As Key Account Manager on the supply side, you will work closely with the Operations Head and Ad Operations Manager to help lead the growth of supply partners, help form overall campaign strategy, grow revenue for partners and increase the pool of publisher partners.
Responsibilities:
Own the client relationship and be the main daily point of contact for Publishers
Ensure partner satisfaction and helping them with revenue growth and retention
Drive the post-sale onboarding process of publishers including integrations and align specific demand for the publishers
Report to Head of operations with daily, weekly and monthly progress
Working closely with the wider team (strategy, creative and Ad Operations) along with Clients to help form overall strategy, planning and execution of campaigns
Setup reporting for publishers and help with ad-hoc requests
Keeping a track of quality, fraud checks and optimization for publisher partners
Own the account(s), including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing
Prospect new publishers, evaluate and onboard new publisher partners
Requirements:
Ideally 2-3 years’ experience of client servicing and Publisher relationship management
In-depth knowledge of Performance marketing – CPI/CPA
Basic understanding on Affiliate marketing Ad operations
Have basic understanding of S2S and API integration methodology
Data driven individual with a keen eye for finding insights from data. Strong proficiency in Excel
Good communication, client engagement skills along with strong social networking skills(Specifically on LinkedIn)
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

Halawa is growing and looking to onboard a Key Account Manager to handle Advertiser side engagement and operations. Ideally the candidate should have experience working in a digital agency or network, focused on performance marketing.
This position can work remotely according to standard UTC+2 Work Timings.
As Key Account Manager on the demand side, you will work closely with the Operations Head and Ad Operations Manager to help lead the growth of Advertisers, help form overall campaign strategy, grow revenue for Halawa and prospect new Demand partners and direct advertiser relations
Responsibilities:
